In case of problems during registration on the AMAKA website, before contacting technical support, it is advisable to carry out some checks:
- if you have not received the Confirmation / Verification e-mail, first check the Spam folder of your e-mail. In fact, it may happen that the verification email for account registration ends up in this folder.
- if the system does not accept the format of the email, check that there are actually no visible errors in the typing of the email address.
- if the system does not accept the password format, check that it contains at least 8 characters, of which at least one number, one lowercase character and one special character (;,: -! ")
If the problems encountered during registration are not among those mentioned above, contact technical support via Chat or by clicking on '' Leave a message '' for the category "Customize your trip" and "Technical problems". In fact, you can use these two channels without registration, but simply by entering Name and Mail.
