Each trip has different cancellation and refund conditions based on the individual services included. Once you have purchased a trip you will find all the information on the cancellation conditions in the "Payments and Documents" section in "Purchased Trips" of your Private Area.
When provided, the refund is made within 14 days from the date of cancellation on the same payment instrument used for the purchase of the trip, minus any penalties.
If you have purchased a cancellation policy, you can, on the other hand, check the reimbursement methods by consulting the documentation received via email in your Private Area in the '' Purchased Trips '' - '' Payments and Documents '' section.
