In case of any problems during the trip, we invite you to immediately inform both Amaka (using the details provided via the e-mail address included in the Booking Confirmation or previously), and the relevant Third-Party Provider who will seek to resolve the problem.
Failure to report any problems during the holiday, as stated above, will prevent Amaka and the Third-Party Provider from investigating and rectifying the complaint in situ and this may affect the Traveller's rights with respect to the General Conditions of Sale, also reducing any compensation due, potentially eliminating it.
