The most common causes for which a payment is declined are: incorrect data entered, lack of funds on the card or account, technical or connection problems.
When a payment is declined, the system notifies the reason for the decline and asks you to enter another payment method. If you cannot provide it immediately, Amaka will block the availability and price of the services which don't have a cancellation penalty and you can proceed with the payment at a later time. But remember that we may not be able to hold certain services (such as flights), so we recommend that you finalise your purchase as soon as possible.
If the decline is related to your credit card or account, contact your bank or credit card issuer. If technical problems arise, contact the Amaka team through the different contact channels available in the Customer Support section.
