It is good to keep in mind that the request for some additional services depends on both the availability of the accommodation and the type of room, for obvious reasons of space. For this reason, it is essential to carefully check the room features during the booking phase, which additional services are available and, consequently, to request them at this phase so that the accommodation can take care of them.
Generally, most of the accommodations can only confirm the actual availability of extra services or particular types of rooms at check-in such as, for example, connecting ones.
If you want to carry out a further check, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly using the contact details found on your booking confirmation voucher.
If you haven't made any particular requests but you realise that the type of room you have been assigned does not correspond to the one you actually booked, report it to the reception staff by showing your booking confirmation voucher, explaining the problem. In these cases you can request a room that corresponds to the one you booked and, if it is not available, request an upgrade to a higher category.
